Paula Lopez is a Primary English Teacher (BEd’1997 La Salle) at the CEIP Gonzalo Fernandez de Cordoba, specialized in teaching English as a Foreign Language ( MA. English Philology UAM’2004 and MA. English Teaching UAH’ 2010) and fully engaged in the bilingual program of the Comunidad de Madrid since 2004.Since the beginning of her career, she has had an active role on the innovation in the classroom, using drama plays as tool for the development of speaking skills. She has complemented her teaching with the supervision of future teachers, either university students during their Practicum or new Servants during their first year in service.

Ioulia Lioli is Director of Studies in Essex School Idiomas in Castellon de la Plana and official exams (CAMBRIDGE and TRINITY) invigilator. She has been teaching for 10 years. She holds a BA in Political Science (University of Athens) with a focus on European Studies, an MA in Peace and Conflict Studies (Jaume I University) with a focus on Peace education. She is also a CELTA holder and currently studying her second BA in English Literature (UNED). Her research and teaching interests are on inclusive education, sociolinguistics and curriculum (re)design. Mainly, how redesigning part of the curriculum and approaching set and known activities under a different spectrum can in the long term make standardized assessment, a creative educational process by stimulating students emotionally and intellectually.

Nina Lauder is a certified Oxford University teacher trainer, and an ELT and CLIL expert who has been working in the field of education for decades. After 3 years in Cambridge working on a variety of exams, including Key, Preliminary and Young Learners, he started working in the Assessment Services department in the Madrid Office in 2016. He holds a degree in Spanish and Portuguese, and a Cambridge CELTA.
